Returns

Minor Detail has a very simple and easy return service.

We want you to be happy and will do our best to repair, refund or exchange items purchased from Minor Detail. Refunds for change of mind must be requested within 30 days from date of purchase.

Products purchased online can be exchanged or returned subject to our discretion provided they are in new, re-sellable condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please note not all items can be returned, for example, wedding rings or jewellery which is customised or made to order.

If we choose to process a refund, we will refund minus shipping costs. The cost of returning the items to us must be covered by the buyer. 

Once we receive the returned item, it will be assessed and any repair, exchange or refund will then be processed.
